My p-doc told me that exercise is a natural anti-depressant. He told me to exercise aerobically for 45 mins at least every other day. He emphasized that it had to be aerobic.
I've started to exercise on the treadmill at home for 30 mins every day. I can't yet jog the whole time yet. I will work myself up to that. I'm just letting people know that exercise is highly recommended. __________________ |

Yes, thank you. Exercise is an old tried and true, affective help for depression.

yep ive recently been takin my bro to school everyday and i feel much better, it was hard at first because ive basically been a recluse for 5 years (like goin cold turky or somethin) but it was sure worth it, just that little bit of walkin and fresh air has done wonders. keep it up

I could really use some exercise myself, for a variety of reasons. I never feel like doing it, but I always feel better after I'm done. It's weird that way.

My throat looks the same. I don't want to give others strep just in case I have strep, so I'm going to the doctor tomorrow.
I don't think I have strep because I don't show many symptoms, but I don't want to be contagious and around other people if by some chance it is strep. __________________ |

Or it could be something other than strep, yet still contagious.
Going to the doctor is the best idea, for you and for the others around you. Hope the doc can resolve this for you! __________________ ------------------------------------ -- -- The world is what we make of it -- -- Dave -- www.idexter.com |
