What's the point? I don't know why the hell I even bother with anything anymore; it's all just pointless useless why? Apathy

It DOES feel like that when you're depressed and down. Believe me, I remember feeling like that -- I felt like that for a very long time. I finally did something about it and got a therapist. I HAD to cause I felt like I was losing my grip. I was in therapy for quite awhile, and just getting all my sadness and grief out made me feel better. Just talking about all the things that had been bothering me made a difference.

Do you have a therapist? If not, please get in touch with one. Call someone - whether it's a psychologist or psychiatrist, it doesn't really matter ~ just so you're talking to someone. Believe me, you won't regret it. I wish you the very best ~ please keep us updated on how you're doing. God bless, and take care. Hugs, Lee

Hi, Umbral_Seraph. I've been there (well, still am, actually) and I'm sorry you're going through this. I wish I had something better to say.

I get to see T and pdoc next week; I guess it's my birthday present .

Increadible lack of motivation... and I've four things I need to do for next week.

Physical health affects mental health and mental health affects physical health, a cycle I really hate.
