It was weird. Didn't ask too many questions. He turned out to be very old. Didn't know what I was supposed to pay for my insurance, and when I told him what I thought it was supposed to be he said I was probably wrong.

I was so exhausted though. He gave me a prescription for lexapro, which I haven't tried before, and I stayed home from work which I feel bad about but the whole thing with my job is that nobody knows or cares what I do.

I'm so isolated.

Actually, at this particular moment, I don't feel like sleeping. So I guess that is a positive!
Thanks for this!

HMMM...wondering what "very old" is...70? 80? (Can you tell from my guesses that I'm in my early 60's? Hubby says def. of old is always someone 10 years older than you!)

If so, he's probably very experienced and seen a lot. He'll have a good idea of what might help you. And, don't forget--you are NEVER alone at PC. One of us is always around to show concern & hope for things to go better for you.

Don't forget it takes a long time to feel improvement from a new med--give it a chance & trust that you WILL get better! Pulling for you!
