My moods and emotions are out of control. I don't know how to control them. I'm so depressed its not funny either. The voices won't leave me alone either. I'm taking new meds but they take a while to take effect me. Is there something I'm doing to be this way. Yes I'm seeing my Doctor also. Help Help Help!!!!!!!!!

I know what you mean. I have "voices" that drive me nuts too, but I have a little trick I use to shut them up. I imagine that there's a wall "up there" and when the voices get too loud, I push this imaginary button and a wall goes up between me and the voices -- that way I can't hear them anymore. It works for me, but you've got to be able to visualize. I used it just this morning cause it got mighty loud up there.

My head is a dangerous place to be -- I shouldn't go in there alone
If it gets too bad, call your doctor and see what he says. God bless and take care. Hugs, Lee

seeing your doc is the best thing u can do. hopefully there's not a wait time. if you can play some music to drown out the voices.

Sounds like you just need those new meds to kick in and hopefully very soon! Right now distract yourself as much as possible with something you like to do and realize that the meds will eventually kick in and this is a temporary thing hopefully!!!
Thinking of you!!

I hear music all the time, and when I can't stand it any more, I listen to real music with my MP3 player. I feel a little less crazy that way, and have more choice over what I'm hearing. I wish you some relief very soon.
