Well, I don't know if it made you feel any better -- but now you have to clean it up !!!

When I'm angry or out of sorts - I go in my bedroom, close the door, and scream into my pillow - and kick my feet on the bed -- kind of have a tantrum on the bed with my face in the pillow. LOL It usually makes me feel a little better, and no one can hear me. And I don't have to clean anything up. LOL

I hope you feel better. I know you're frustrated & angry - maybe talking about it would work better. Feel free to vent. Hugs, Lee
