I was washing up the dishes last night and I turned around and my dog is asleep on the couch. She is never allowed on the couch. I yelled at her and she just laid there, so I chucked her off the couch. First reason I am a bad person. I received an item I sold on ebay and managed to go in the hole doing it and the stupid !@#$ing person said it was too small and returned it. Essentially I paid $10 to the post office to send !@#$ back to me. So mad I can barely see straight. I just took a nice walk with my dog too. Way to @#$% on my day God.

I hate days like that, but remember ~ anger helps straighten out a problem like a fan helps straighten out a pile of papers. LOL It just never gets us anywhere. I might throw a snit ~ but the only result I get from that is more anger. It never solves anything and I'll probably end up with an ulcer! LOL

Instead of getting angry, I try to think that it COULD have been so much worse.

I know -- you probably want to tell me to shut the heck up and go stuff it. LOL I don't blame you. I'll shut up ~ I hope you have a great day today!!! Hugs, Lee

Why did these things make you mad rather than depressed or sad? If these had occurred some other day, would you have reacted the same? (No need to answer; just something to think about.)

Sorry to hear you are angry. I find when I am really depressed that I get very irritable and angry and little things bother me more. Glad you had a nice walk with your dog at least. The exercise is theraputic, as is the company of a sweet animal. Dogs always look so happy when they are walking with their master or mistress. Hope tomorrow is better for you!
