Does anyone else find that every year they have a huge relapse in April/May?
I have had this happen for the past 5 years now, and it still takes me by surprise. The worst part is the irony of everything looking so green and beautiful after a long winter and feeling somehow unable to connect with all the beauty.
Nothing seems to stop the downward spiral....

Hi harrietgate,

Yes... I do know what you mean. Actually I was just talking about this with someone who finds the same thing. Maybe part of it is that the world is looking so bright and colorful, which becomes such a contrast to the depressed feelings. It's one thing to be feeling low when the weather is cold and gray but another thing when it is sunny and green.
