I am a new member. I suffer from depression and take medication for it. I at least seem to cope with daily living but I continuously slip into negative thinking and don't get a lot out of some of my days. I am constantly battling negative thoughts. Thank you for being here so I can discuss some of these feelings.

hi, welcome bamiler have you looked much at ways to help with dealing with the negative thoughts, i'm finding even little changes in my thinking although it can be hard are having an impact eg. instead of thinking in absolutes like i never get things right; changing the never to I often get things wrong but sometimes I get them right. Glad you found pc
