this week hasnt been to well...idk i'm just depressed and totally unmotivated this week; i don't want to do anything or really hang out with anyone, its too much efforts to make plans. idk. i just want someone to kinda just be there for me for hugs when i need them... thats what i need and i dont have

Sorry you're having a down patch...hope things look up soon. Know we're here for you, rooting for you! Hang in there! And don't feel guilty for doing nothing--it's OK. If that's what you need right now, baby yourself and do it! Worry about doing something when you are feeling better. You will, you know. This is just the depression rearing it's ugly head. It will calm down--soon, I hope!
