I feel so empty and so...horrible.
I don't want to feel anything anymore.

Sorry you are feeling so down. Things WILL get better--trust in that. For now, take things a bit at a time. Get through today, tonight. Think of something nice you can do for yourself to help you feel a bit better. Have a nice cup of tea, cuddle a pet, snuggle in a warm bed with a favorite blanket and a good book. Be nice to you, for you.
Thanks for this!

How are you doing now, Thetheft? Did your friend stay with you the other night (last night?) when you had the urges? Do you have a self-care "bag of tricks" for when these urges strike? (No need to answer; these are things to think about for you.)
