Don't be afraid and don't feel rebuffed. Sometimes people just don't know what to say - like me.

If your family and friends are trying to help you then let them - yes, you may have to give up a little control. If the result of their help is to stop the spiral them take the help and learn from it so that next time (I hope there isn't one but I know from my experience there usually is) things won't be so bad and maybe you can get things under control on your own.

Is today better than yesterday for you?

Please let us know how you're feeling....
Thanks for this!

today is somewhat better ,i felt a little relieve talking with the care coordinator i have from my insurance and feel happy that we are all going to work as a team to reach my healthcare goals an have tools an resources .

yea i have to take their help no way around it but im ready to let go and accept their help an make it all into something productive
i believe God saved me and answered my prayers

apparently ive been offically diganosed it seems like with ptsd the care person told me and i was suprised cant beileve my team would not have told me that

I'm glad you're feeling better today. Follow the path you've laid out with the healthcare workers. It's good that you have a diagnosis - there's a lot of information here about PTSD. Learn as much as you can. No SI ok?

ok. You don't have to promise jusr know there are people here that care. In the PTSD forum look at the "sticky" near the top - there are some good things there to become familiar with.
