Hiya everybody!

I have found in my recovery that I get these AHA moments that seem to end up resulting in only temporary insight that leaves after a while. I wanted to share this regardless. Maybe I'll come back to this thread and have a double AHA moment with the same information!

So, a lady at one of the meetings I go to struggles with depression. She said she discovered that we cannot "Depress and express at the same time" Basically, she's saying when we're depressed we are not expressing our emotions. We have a choice here, we can either depress our emotions or express them!

Hope you find this as intriguing as I did.

Love and hugs,
Tara
Thanks for this!
