I clearly have some jinx on me. I'm not allowed to have good days.

I was happy about my horses getting along with each other, so on the way home my car's windshield cracks.
I was thinking, well, at least all the pets are okay now, and then my colt falls and gets a nasty looking wound on his thigh I'm cursed

It's always like that, immediately when I feel even remotely good, something like that just HAS to happen I'm cursed

Neri....I have the same thoughts about my life. I just journaled the other day that there is some type of jinx on my life because I can never have 2 days that are decent in a row....I am just looking for decent. Something always comes along that takes away any little joy I feel.
I totally understand your feeling. And, I am sorry that you suffer w/ the same feelings in your head that I do.
I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
May today be filled w/ blessings for you! May peace reign high in your life...if just for today!

Sorry to hear about your colt and your windshield. Sounds like you're having a really crappy run of luck lately. It will shift, eventually. Luck usually does.

That kind of stuff is constantly happening to me, too. It's like if it's not one thing, it's another, ya know?

Hang in there and take care.

yeah life can be quite the challenge I have to say... as you said, as soon as one thing goes okay, even well, something else comes up. I feel like that a lot too... don't know what else to say, except that it's not your fault.... all you can do is enjoy the good moments b/c most likel you can't control the bad stuff anyways.... I mean in those situations you couldn't have done anything about them...... I'm cursed

I'm sending positive energy to you too. Depression causes me to see only the negative and nothing really good also... and then, there are those years (yes, years) where maybe nothing really does happen that's so good? TC

My colt needed stitches and I have to give him a penicillin shot twice a day for a week. Poor guy, first he was sedated, then he had a tetanus shot, then he had local anaesthesia put on his thigh, like 10 shots (felt like it anyway), then 2 shots of antibiotics. My other horse was going crazy in his pen, like "stop torturing the little guy!"

This isn't just bad luck for now, while ago my other horse had bronchitis, my dog had an ear infection and a cyst and I had to put 7 of my mice down for various illnesses.

I'm so sorry those two things happened in one day. I'm a HUGE animal lover so I understand very well the trauma when one of my furbabies isn't doing well. {{{{{{Neri}}}}}

Adding my warm thoughts and prayers for things to even out for ya!
