As some of you know I am an over the road trucker. I'm solo and don't get alot of human interaction (my choice). I'm on a dedicated route from Bradford PA to Big Island VA to Raleigh NC and back.

The last few days I've just been getting downer and downer, now I wake up from my nap, and feel worthless. I feel that my friends don't care, or are using me for something. The paranoia is comming back but as long as I keep moving I feel that I keep it in check. Just a few days ago I was on top of the world, felt great. I seriously wonder if I'm about to dive head first into a state of mind I can't be in. (job wise) I'm also wondering if it could be the weather, I haven't seen sun in 7 days. Thanks Irene & Lee.

Real question, not rhetorical: Could there be a connection? In the past have changes in your sleep patterns affected your moods? (Or, am I totally misreading what you say?)

Here's hoping your current feelings pass without becoming worse!

Yes sleep patterns typically affect my moods. Saw the sun today, slept a little better.
