Hi, I got back to work next week, Ive been off 3 months. Iam greatful I still have a job. It happened last year also where, I had a nervous breakdown. I have a sick husband and quit drinking a little over a year ago and have been diagnosed with everything under the sun.. I am feeling better. What if this happens again? I really want to cry because I'm scared.

I know that feeling of fear; I've been feeling this way since being offered a new position. The fear, like most fears, is about the unknown; if you have quit drinking, you'll be doing so much better this time around. Cry when you have to cry. Get support where and when you can. I do wish you well and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your ailing husband.
Thanks for this!

Am am proud that you are well enough to go to work. just take it day by day and not stress over what can happen. use that energy of being afraid to make it a good day. You can do this and do it well.
