Hello & Welcome, Nero Caesar! Why aren't you sleeping? Is the tiredness from not sleeping, or is it from something else?

Hey, Nero. Alcohol is the last thing you want to drink if you really want to go to sleep, stay asleep and wake up in the morning rested and ready for the day. Alcohol is TERRIBLE for sleep. Check it out on Wikipedia.

And as far as happiness being a warm weapon, the comment makes you sound as if you've already imbibed quite a bit. Sleep, as I've said, doesn't combine well with drinks, and drinks don't combine well with weapons, whatever you intend to do with them.

If you have a problem we can possibly help on, please let us know. We'll be happy to respond sympathetically and appropriately. Put it out there, soldier, and tell us the truth so we can help. Wishing you all the best.

I use the natural hormone melatonin to help me when I need to sleep. Of course I did it all wrong last night. I couldn't get to sleep and was still awake at 6:30am. So then I took Melatonin!! Of course then I didn't get up till after 3pm and still felt drowsy!
