I joined this website mostly because I have so few people with whom I can be open and honest with about my mental health problems. But the nicest thing is happening. I am making a friend. We discovered that both she, I and her husband all have the same psychiatrist, and we both have histories of depression, cutting, drinking, insomnia, etc. She has a little baby, and getting to babysit that little cutie is as much a relief to me as it is to her

I'm glad I haven't needed this website so much, because there is just something extra nice about being able to talk face to face with someone. But I'm glad I still have this website too.

A friend like that is so wonderful.
