Im on anti-depressant, anxiety and pills, 50mg but think i need to up the dosage since i have been on these particular ones for about 7-8 weeks.
Its so difficult because sometimes, just when i think i have hit rock bottom and the only way to go is up.... the ground below me crumbles and i fall even further.

Dont know what to do!!!

addi i'd contact your pdoc and let him know how u're feeling. he may up the doseage but it's not wise to do it on our own, imo. also sometimes it takes some experimenting to find the right meds that work well for you. i wish you well.

You should talk to your doctor, he may up the dosage, but then again he may put you onto something else that works better for you.

ETA: On a bad day, I'm pretty much only capable of repeating what someone else has already said, almost word-for-word. *points up* Sorry, madisgram.

I am in a similar situation, have upped the medications, but in the end u should take some positive steps to resolve the problems which are causing it, thats where psychotherapy comes into play. PTs can analyse things and help u in finding a way out
