I feel really hated today. I feel like everyone has given up on me and already percieve me to be a failure, loser, worthless piece of dung. So, I then start to think, maybe it is beyond my control to get better, feel better, be better.
Maybe it is just one huge joke...maybe I am just one huge joke???? |

your life, nor its pain, is any kind of joke. i know sometimes it feels like people don't care when we're in alot of pain. however, it's usually the place that we're in, or the place that the others in our lives are in. it usually doesn't mean feelings or relationships have changed. you're being thought about... SJ, it's the illness talking. I know it must hurt to feel that way, but unless someone SPECIFICALLY says it to you, then you've got to fight those feelings. Putting assumptions on other people's feelings is just going to dig you in even deeper. Be nicer to yourself.... please?

Let me clarify....this is my perspective for my entire life..not just here at pc.
Sorry if I confused anyone. I wasn't specifically meaning one soul. I just feel like people want to leave me...having bad abandonment issues tonight. |

It is nice to know I am cared about.
Problem is, I have a difficult time remembering this. I just start out good and then by mid day realize I am so worthless. I talked w/ my T today about how it feels so uneasy when I start feeling good and I do stupid things to ruin in. She said I have to stop sabotaging the good feelings... Not as easy for me as it sounds! |

SJ I dont hate you, not in the slightest. It seems to me that things are really tough for you at the moment and things are getting mixed up. I know whwere you are coming from with abandonment issues and so on, you just gotta hang in there.
