So my friends depressed.
My boyfriends depressed.
My sisters depressed.
My dads depressed.
My brothers depressed.
My moms depressed.

Im a recovering SI with depression, anxiety and ADD.

I am relatively happy with life but helping them is starting to take a toll on me.

I want to help them, I want to be the one they turn to but im still getting treagtment and recovering. Its hard. Im only 16.

Im just finally finding suitable pills. Im finding a good balance and now everythings falling apart around me and it doesnt involve me.

Im getting triggered to cut. What do I do?

Don't get caught up with everyone's problems! Just take good care of yourself and do what is best and safe for you! Listen to some good positive music, Dance, Draw,Write, Practice Smiling! Just don't let anyone bring you down you are better than that!
Thanks for this!

gma is totally right. You have to help yourself first before you can help others. Take care of yourself first and then if you still have the strength then see if you can help others. Just keep in mind you are your first priority. And please be safe
Thanks for this!
