I emailed my friend yesterday, she sent me an email back with a picture of someone sticking 1 finger up.

I regret ever doing it now I am so stupid, I feel hurt and angry at the same time, I have already self harmed because I was angry with myself.

If it is, then she's the one who deserves this label in addition to being a mean person. She doesn't deserve to have you as a friend if she can't communicate without being so rude. You're not stupid. I'm really sorry your friend did this to you. You won't be lonely if you don't want to be lonely. There are hundreds of people craving for a friend just like you. Just get yourself out there so you people can meet you. Keep you head up and don't think your stupid. Your friend was never you friend in the first place if she is going to hurt you. You deserve better and you will get better. Keep your chin up!!
