I had called my odocs office yesterday to inform them that my depression was worsening, my mom also faxed over a letter I had wriien. It took the office 7-8 hours to get back to me. Atleast it was something useful he doubled my prozac from 20mg to 40 mg. i know it will be a couple of days to see real results but i am just glad he did something NOW. I go see him next week so we will see how that goes.
Positives today(probably not directly related to the med thing) -out of bed before 11am -showered and dressed before 11:30am That my friends is amazing when I wasnt getting out of bed except to eat or go to the bathroom or take meds. Im afraid to get my hopes to high but i do think this might work...for how long I dont know. I seem to go back down every 3-4 months. If only we couid get that to stop everything would be pretty good. |

I am really happy that you took that step and that life is finally getting easier for you! I know depression is about ups and downs but it's really nice to have that up, and I hope that it lasts for a long long time.
