Ok before last week, I could sleep most of my weekends away no problem. Last week has been a rollercoaster of emotions and just nuts.

I have not been able to sleep more then 4 hours a night and that was one night usually it is 3 hours.

Yesterday I managed to leave the house with a friend and I actually walked to the mall with her. I never walk anywhere ever! I thought okay I should sleep tonight. Well I was in bed at 6:30, one cat came for cuddles so did that for 20 minutes. Managed to read 15 pages of a book and my wife said at 8 pm I was asleep. I work up at 11pm and it felt like 3am! Fell back to sleep and woke up at 1:15 am, as you can see I didn't go back to bed but came here.

All I can say is UGHHHHHHHHHHHHH...

Poor sleep makes everything worse. Poor sleep is like a whole second front in the struggle with depression.
