Hi Skittles,
Cutting yourself,or self harm is quite often used as a coping stratergy to keep feelings at bay. I urge you to come up with other ways to deal with this. I cannot bare the thought of you hurting yourself.

Can you find something to distract yourself?
Go outside for some fresh air.
Cut up bits of paper instead.
Beat up a pillow!
Write some poetry.

Cutting yourself only works for a short time anyway because after a while you then start to feel guilty about it, which then in turn starts the whole cycle again.

I'm sorry if I sound like I'm lecturing you but it hurts me to think that you are doing that to yourself.
