ive been searching online for the sypmtoms i feel everyday.. was thinking about making a list of them and what i found on te internet and take them with me to my next appointment with my new t.. because i get nervious and sometimes i forget what i want to talk about when i get there.. would that be a good idea or no

Definitely a good idea. I'd give the list to T to look over at the begining of session, or else you might end up getting stuck talking about just one or two items and not make it to the rest.

Yep. You don't have to stop with symptoms, either. You can write down anything you'd like to talk about. Having that written plan has always helped me stay focused in session.

I sometimes like to write down my feelings and then share them in session. It might help you to know ahead what you want to talk about and remember it all. It is hard to remember everything that you have wanted to talk about without a helpful reminder.
