Hi freewilly.

I remember the exact same thing when I was younger.

Especially socially no matter what I did it always went wrong and I embarrassed myself again.

The problem for me had to do with a lot of things. First, improving your self-esteem and confidence goes a long way. When you have good self-esteem everything goes so much better.

Another thing was that I lacked the right knowledge and social insights. You need to have the right knowledge where you can base your skills on. You can learn this from reading self-help books, or you can learn it from a therapist.

When something goes wrong free willy, do you look back on it and reflect? This is a good way to improve yourself: learning from mistakes. Making this a habit (reflecting on your day what went wrong or right) can make a big difference.

If you remain ignorant and unconscious of what you did wrongly, you run a big risk of doing it wrong over and over. By becoming aware of what you're doing, you can decide to change it. And the things that you do right, you can decide to keep doing.

Don't give up the hope. No doubt you've tried to improve before, but maybe you didn't have the right knowledge yet. Again, I think reading self-help books can make a difference. Take care.
