So I had been in a good place with my depression for the past month after some changes in my medication, but this week has been going downhill for me. I don't know if it's the holidays or what but I'm not feeling as good as I used to be. And the thing is I feel like I should be... I'm starting a new job next week, and it's a new year. My best friend is pregnant and is already in early labor. I just feel like crap. I haven't felt this bad in a while. That ache in my chest that I had before I did anything about my depression is back. I just wish it would go away...

sorry that you are in a dark mood.

I am sending you hugs and hope you find some sliver of happiness... maybe in that new baby. A little creature that just may love you.?.?.? (even if as an aunt or family friend or whatever).

Multiple stresses converging? Will you be able to speak with your doctor soon?

I hope you can get extra help - if necessary - to get through this time and back to the stability of the past month.
