I can't stand this, every day it gets worse, I have no one to talk to and no one understands me. Nobody will ever love me because I shut everyone out and treat them like they did something wrong when the only one creating all the problems is me. I hate myself. I can't do or say anything right, everyone expects too much of me and i cant handle it so i let them down. It hurts so bad just to live, anything makes me cry, but i have to hide it because nobody would understand. And i know no one will want to read this but I'm sorry i jud have to let it out, even though i know it wont help because a few mjnutes later ill be back where i started, with no one who gets it to talk to. I hate myself and everyone else, i will never be happy, and the world would be better off without me. I would give anything if I could just disappear.

I feel just about the same way and its really hard specially when like you cry and someone asks whats wrong and you really dont know whats wrong and well i understand you i really do i wish i would disappear too.

we care, we're just busy still replying to your earlier threads? and I like the way you are reaching out to other people. it takes time for PC to work its magic. plus therapy, plus whatever other changes.

I'm sorry you're feeling this way. Thank you for "getting it out." There are a lot of people that feel the way you feel. Life is hard, I know. Are you in therapy, mylifeisdepressing?

No I am not in therapy because I haven't gone to a doctor about it yet but I will soon, and maybe I will start therapy. Thank you, both of you.

I feel almost exactly the same way. I hope you are able to see a doctor and begin to learn more about yourself

I think a doctor is a must. You may also try to find a depression group near you. Depression groups are like being here but you see the people you are talking to. Good luck and may tomorrow be a better day.

go on and i hope you find a therapist so you can find answers. sometimes knowing what hurts you is the way to feel better afterwards.

You are not alone. I feel EXACTLY the same way, I think there are many people that do. I'm sorry you feel that no one would want to read what you have to say, but I do. I care about what you have to say because you are a person, just like me or anyone else. I too feel like I will never be happy; don't know what it is, never been happy my entire life. I'm sorry but I don't know that there is an answer, I am still trying to find out what I am supposed to do. But I am alive and I'm right there with you. There has got to be something more to life than this.
