Despite the fact that my depression has never been this deep, I am still trying to remain hopeful about my future. I just feel so overwhelmed and helpless all the time. My fiancee has no idea how to help, and I am in desperate need of it. I can't even form the words to tell anyone else in my life about how bad things are right now...

OK here are 2 pieces of advice, call an emotional support line or start some counciling. And 2, do something really fun like roller coasters or paintball to just let your emotions go.
If its bad advice its because I'm really young
Thanks for this!

Helloe Gekkou, Be thankful for your fiancee. You say he tries to understand but does not know how to help. Have him take you to the doctors to make sure that your depression is not physical. And go from there. Understanding depression is not something that is uderstood by very many people, if any. We just have to adjust our lives around it and learn to live with it. If you ever find out how let us all know.
