I'm not sure if anyone would know the answer to this so I will also ask my T tomorrow night.

My son saw a developmental pediatrician last month. He was officially diagnosed with Sensory Processing Disorder. The pediatrician asked me questions and we discussed his behavior and concerns. She asked if there was any depression or otherwise in the family. I said yes I have depression and anxiety.

Well afterward she said she would send me his full report. I just received it in the mail and I saw she put in there that his mother has a history of depression with anxiety and is receiving treatment and controlled with medication.

I'm really uneasy with this. I need to give his teacher a copy of this report and I don't want my issues out there for others to know. I'm very embarrassed that this is written on his report and I also feel like it's sort of the blame game with some of his behavior & issues. I'm a very private person. Even talking to his regular pediatrician and disclosing my struggle and that I'm seeing a T was emotional for me.

I don't know what to do so I'm holding onto the report until his teacher asks again and after I discuss this with my T. Is that even legal for that to be in HIS report?!
