I have a paper to write, but I can't focus long enough to write it... I don't even know what the lab was for... let alone write something up about it..... It's due in about 8 hours.... SO do I sleep or do I work through the night???

I think I better sleep for awhile and then get up at 6am to work on the paper, and get it submitted in time..... It has to work... I'll set my alarm for 5:30 and hope that I have a clear mind to work with.... ahhhhhhhhh

My body needs the sleep, but it is a depression symptom, and right now, I have had so much of a headache from the depression, it's all getting on me.... aggggg

Hope a little rest helps! I have seen studies that staying up hurts rather than helps and even a little sleep is better.

I ended up sleeping, and got up at 6:30 to work on it, and turned it in on time, but my mind still isn't in a good spot....... for the paper, I missed wirting a section because I didn't understand the material... which sucks.
