I am SO angry - not all the time - but at a certain point in the day (basically every day) I get angry for no good reason. I want to throw something or scream or hit something. I don't know why I feel this way or what to do and it is just driving me absolutely crazy.

Do you mind if I take a simple slant to this and ask if you have a way to check your blood sugar and your blood pressure during those angry times?
hugs, bj

Do you have "triggers"? Is there anything in particular that sets you off, or do you find yourself frustrated?

My suggestion is to take a break when you feel this way. Walk it off (if you can), or find a trusted person you can talk to about this.

I'm sorry you've been feeling so angry, and I hope you find a way to feel like you have control over what's really going on with you.

Since posting this I've had abilify prescribed and been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Thanks for your concern and suggestions - usually taking a break and going somewhere by myself does help.
Thanks for this!
