Did you speak to your p-doc yet? Try to remember that this feeling is temporary, and with the right medication/therapy, it WILL go away.

((((larakeziah)))) I just came on here to look around and see if there was help here for the same thing. I am going crazy, so sad that I woke up. Not sure what to do. I have been holding my tears back. I so wish that I had some good advice for you.

The help you are looking for right now is in yourself. If your depression is taking over yourself please call someone. I so know how you feel, went in to see my shrink this morning. Not helping yet. I so don't want to be on this planet.

I don't see him till july. Not that I want to see him at all as I hate him! I do have an appointment on wed to see someone about getting some therapy tho. I just feel so pathetic right now as I couldn't fight the SI urges and I caved!
