It feels like "my give-a-damn is busted." Seriously... Been staying up till all hours of the night not wanting to go into my bedroom and then I don't get up until past noon... with the feeling that I want to cry but don't have any real reason to. Then I spend hours in front of the computer not really doing anything. I read the messages, maybe answer a couple, switch to my gardening web site and even though it's set up much like this one, it's hard to... no, it's not hard... I just don't feel the inclination to read or post...

The only thing that stirs any feeling is the fact that Jerry, "heretofor known as The Housemate" isn't doing some rather necessary things to improve my ability to move around and/or store things in this house!! Seriously... Even made him a deal, did my part of the deal and still... nothing! So what's new, eh? Seriously... Seriously...

Sounds like Depression to me... what about you? Seriously... Seriously...

Wow it does sound like the depression monster has got a strong hold on you. Have you called your T if you have one? I can't remember if you do.

We're definitely going through the same thing, and it's definitely depression. Wish there was an easy way out of it. Seriously...

SeptemberMorn,

Sounds like your hitting a bit of a rocky patch.

Just remember that mental health is up and down. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

On a bad day, I find it really difficult to communicate and like you, find it hard to take part in anything.

I try to use distractions to keep my mind occupied instead of dwelling in misery.

Sounds like your housemate is'nt too helpful either! Very frustrating if you ask me. Sounds like you are going to have to tell him again what you need him to do and why.

Sending you a big hug

((((((((((((((( SeptemberMorn ))))))))))))))) Seriously...

I don't have a T, Jannie. Thinking I might at least need a pdoc. UGH! Hate going through the trouble of finding one. Seriously...

Tell me about it! And with your scare, I'm not sure I want my meds upped! Seriously... Maybe a blood test is in order, too. Seriously...

Peg, I've been trying to stay busy today. Even wore out the battery to my power chair just riding around the mobile home park, watched my housemate back his boat into a tight parking place and even "chatted" with a little lizzard in my back yard just to keep my mind occupied with other things. LOL

Now we're getting ready to go buy the shelving for my closet that I've been bugging him so much about. MAYBE... just maybe that will get done. Getting him to cut the shelving to size and installing it will be another hurdle.

Anyway... it's a start in the right direction and I can go visit the garden center at Home Depot. Seriously...

Still... in the back of my mind there's a still, small voice that says "What's wrong with me?? Something's wrong." Seriously...

I'm sorry, Tomi **********hugs************

I understand what it's like not to have support at home, makes things even more difficult - like any of us need that. Seriously... Hope things get better for you and this depression lifts.
