I'm thinking about killing myself more than usual today i keep getting little images in my head of how to do it and how to take some people with me when i do it....i don't want to hurt anyone can somebody talk me down a little bit?

Please call someone for help, the hospital, 911, please do not hurt others or yourself. You are strong enough to come here, please push yourself to get help.

Message me if you ever need to talk, or call the suicide hotline. Or 911 if you feel it's absolutely immediate since suicide is a medical emergancy and you can go to the E.R for it.
