restormel bourgh council is the ppl we are seeing about being homeless , our meeting today consisted of one of there representitives myself my husband and his cpn, they have to tell you there rights to us and the law , we have to provide lots of information so they can see if they can help us , they r looking at a mobile home or bed and breakfst bearing in mind there are six of us in our family the mobile homes are normally used for holidays and arnt very big, on top of that we have oldest daughter who is classed as disabled mentaly and son who is adhd as well as my husband and myself both being depressed , then they sugessted my oldest going into a form of care untill we are rehoused properly which could be ages ,
going to social worker to get support for that one also will have to get rid of the dog and cat how do you tell children that there homes being taken but we cant keep your pets,
yes we both felt sick hubby shut of after the first sentance and i cried most of the way through the meeting ,
when we came out the cpn saidthe reprensitive told us to much to quick and think they are giving us the worst posible sinarieos to see if we run away and deal with it our selves we got to fight but its going to be hard and the effects on all our health well while we can we will still use this site will keep you informed

It doesn't sound like they've been treating you according to your rights, would your County council be able to help you in this?

this is our county council , we are also registered with ocean our local housing athourity they told us we cant bid for a 3 bed property as 3 girls cant share but they dont have many 4 bed propertys let alone having them come up for lease
