There’s a cat named meow-meow, whose owner is the neighbour that lives across the street. Meow-meow loves to social around the neighbourhood. He often sit in front of my house or the neighbour next to me. I feed him a little bit of snack, like a spoon or two of pate (wet meat cat can food), and he will become crazy, as if being put on a spell when he see the spoon. Just very little snack, don’t want him to eat too much. Sometimes he is will wonder around my house, or the house next to mine. I would pet him or play with him (laser point and rod toy)

Before my neighbour next to me thought the cat is an abandoned cat. But then after I found out, the cat owner lives across the street.

But one day, the owner told me she is moving, she don’t know if she can bring meow-meow with her, even thou she wants too. And she asked if I can take the cat, since I like the cat very much. But I cannot, my family don’t allow.

I feel sad that meow-meow has to leave soon. I wanted to speak to the owner or drop her a letter if she is not home, coz I hope she can notify me, when she is leaving, so I can say a final goodbye to meow-meow. I want to go ask, but I am so shy. What can I do ?

If you can't take the cat, it's good the owner has found a way to take meow-meow with her. Too many owners just abandon their pets when they move.

If you don't feel you can talk with the owner, by all means write her a note. Tell her just what you told us, that you have shared much with meow-meow over time and will miss him greatly--that you hope it will be possible to say good bye to him before she moves him away. Be sure to give her the best phone number for reaching you days and nights.
