Gosh I'm so tired today, I'm at work and I'm wondering how the heck I am going to make it through the next 8 hours of the day. I have only been up for like 3hours and I am already exhausted and ready to go to bed. I'm over this extreme fatigue, I can't function anymore. I just feel like screaming and hiding under my blankets.

Have u talked to a doc? Maybe u need some bloodwork done to see if it's more than just the depression. I have been there and feel your pain. It is literally difficult to get through the day. Could u take a nap in your car during lunch? Sometimes a power nap helps. Hang in there

Hi doggie do
Yep I have had all my bloods tested about a week ago hormones thyroid iron, they all came back good. So my only answer is that it has to be the depression or the medication. I only live a couple minutes from work so I normally come home at lunch and have a power nap to get me through the afternoon. I just had a 15 hr sleep and feel a bit better
