I'm a college student, and I’ve thought college life would be wonderful and perfect. But things always happen in other ways. I lost my exams, argued with my guys. And lately, I got more and more depressed. I even can not concentrate to complete all things around me. I wanna to do something, but just do not know what I can do. I know it’s not true, but all things I can do is just knowing, but not dealing with.
I even can not describe my feelings, what I can do now? help! |

tianya Sounds like you are giving yourself a hard time here. Is there a counsellor at your college that you could talk to? Stress can do a lot to the way we think, it may help to talk things through with someone. ps. Welcome to Psych Central! ![]()

Welcome to psych central. University can be a very stressful time especially around exam time. Normally there are counselors there to help students. They are familiar with the stresses encountered in that environment and should be able to help you. Good luck, get some help and you may find you like university more than you think. Take care of you.
