I had a wonderful appt with pdoc. He is upping anti depressant slowly to 40 mgs and possibly my abilify upped later. Just knowing he is gonna try something makes it easier to bear.

True. Your pdoc listened to you, processed what you had to say, and acted. That's what they are supposed to do, but it's still wonderful to know you were not ignored.
