...so .....we are still living!....all our efforts are there to resist the painfull end which haunts us all.

to survive suicide we gotta must find and go beyond to living and die walking around it's the only way for me and its unique troubling makes me strong and upset seriously upset that it's gotta be so extreme but how else does one deal with self hatred...
attempts and thoughts and action and all the blood proved I meant it ......BUT I wanted to fight it it's like being attacked every moment suicidal thoughts are battlegrounds for urgent results and save you and save me it's not our fault is otherwise astonishing it's turbulent mental chaos don't listen to it never listen to it I have watched others collapse keep going find a way I hold you in my heart I love you and pain is just an excuse it's going to be ok
