Have an appointment with my counselor this evening. She is a licensed Clinical Hypnotherapist, and this is the first time we'll be doing this kind of thing. A little nervous about it, but curious to see what it's all about. I'll take comfort in whatever way it may come.....

Keep us updated. My T works w/ trauma's and is leaning towards that to gather lost details of a rape. I'm interested, scared, nervous, all at the same time. It want be anytime soon just maybe sometime in the future.

I will Big Mama. Actually it turned out that we didn't get to the hypnosis today, (too many little things to wrap up from previous session)....but will update when we get there. Take Care....
