I've been looking around for a counselor or support group for awhile to compensate until I have health insurance again for psychotherapy so I stumbled upon this site in which your first meeting is free....the counselors were great to talk to and very relatable they even have one on one coaching sessions at just 30 a session for 45 minutes....group meetings are an hour and a half long and are very small sometimes you and the counselor are the only one in the meeting so it becomes a one on one....you can see and talk to the counselor and if u wish u can use a webcam so they can see you..I left my first meeting actually feeling motivated and not so alone....
