im feeling really down today, and im trying really hard to fight the urge to self harm. But i have butterflies in my tummy like im feeling really scared of something but i dont know what it is!

Keep fighting the urge. If you feel you can't, then call a crisis line. Divert your attention to something that is interesting to you. Read a book, listen to your favorite song, cook, take a walk...anything to get through that anxious phase...Best wishes to you.

get out the house and do something. take yourself out of that environment that supports the self harm. I have been contemplating all morning calling a crisis line so don't be afraid to. what's stopping me is my kid has a swim lesson and I must go or I worry her. but when I return I might still use the hotline to remove my need to abuse my meds. do something keep posting if you have to just stay safe.
