I think one of the biggest issues that contributes to the depression I have is being codependent. It has caused me problems with anxiety, depression and anger.

I am hoping to connect with others in the same situation. Mine is mostly with my children, but my husband serves as my enabler in a lot of ways.

I want to go to CODA meeting here in my hometown but have not done so due to depression and a lack of motivation.

I think the root of many psychological problems are due to codepdency, and being an adult child of an alcoholic (which I also am.)

Hoping to get some remarks here.

Thank you
