I had gained a lot of weight on one of my meds. I have been able to lose quite abit with diet and evercise. Well today I get on the scale and I gained a few pounds. This might not seem so bad but we are gpong up north fot Thangsgiving next week and I wanted them to see how much I have lost. Don't know if is my depression making this seem so important or not

Would these few pounds be in the normal range of weight fluctuation?

Depression does magnify the "bad" and miniaturize the "good."

May you be able to enjoy your Thanksgiving outing without anxiety!

For me when I'm depressed, I tend to carve carbs and eat more than I usually do!

shery,

Good luck with your weight struggle. So far I'm losing my battle. I want to see others win theirs.
