On desolate days, where I honestly wish there was some form of 'brain-disabler' (so I could rest fully for a few days and not have to THINK all the time) I sometimes feel guilty if I start getting happy.
I feel stupid if I laugh/joke around with friends, because it feels like they won't take me seriously, that I'm 'hiding' my emotions, or worse yet - I'll start hiding it all again. Is this 'normal' (I use the term INCREDIBLY loosely) - has anyone else ever stopped themselves feeling happy - for some reason or another? Thanks for reading. ![]()
