I've been doing really good lately about feeling good, getting stuff done. But this last week or so i feel different, I've been diagnosed with depression and ADD, but I've been reading about bipolar, some of it sounds like me. But then some of the symptoms mix with ADD, depression, so how r u supposed to know what's going on if the symptoms r the same.
Im only taking adderall right now. I don't have insurance, so that all i can afford. (i have read how to get help w/meds and insurance, i just procrastinate and haven't gotten any father than reading it.)

So here's my ?, so i either i know that im coming out of or going into an episode, just a bunch of mixed feeling all the time. But since im sensing that somethings going on or about to happen, is there any way to fight It, to not go in that bad place, or am i just wasting energy and should let it come and take over.
But i wonder if im bipolar and I've been in a manic or hypomanic stage, if i think that normal, and when the depression starts cycling that's when i think there's something wrong, idk.

Does any of that make sense?
Thanks for your time

Hi that's a really good question, can you fight the feeling? i wish i had an answer for you as i would love one myself. I usually just stay away from everybody until it's gone (prob not very healthy) as for the bp thing....i understand how you feel, i have read the symptoms of bp and think "that sounds like me" or " i do seem to cycle" but how manic is manic? probably a question for a therapist
maybe post in the bp boards and ask what the good folk there think
Sorry i have no answers but sometimes it's nice to know somebody is asking the same questions you are.
Thanks for this!
