hello , i feel depression coz lost my job and i couldn't find new one

i try something but some day i feel i,m loser and don't good work for my new goal , i want help me

I suffer from severe depression and I'm kinda new here too. So ,hi and don't be shy ta tell the truth

I'm so sorry you both suffer from depression. It is a very difficult illness to cope with.

Both of you should try to see a therapist. A good psychologist or psychiatrist would help you. They would help you get to the root of your problems and show you how to cope with the issues that are bothering you. So see if you can get an appointment with one, and start the sessions. It would do you both a lot of good!

If you can't afford a therapist, at least see your medical doctor. He can help you too. Best of luck and God bless. Take care. Hugs, Lee

I too have severe depression and i am quite new here also, This place can make a huge difference to how you feel about yourself, instant support and validation.
