I just don't know what to do anymore. Got to go back to work next week and still in such a muddle. Feel like I'm all over the place. So scared. Just wish I could sleep and never wake up. Things will always go wrong and everyone will be plotting to make it hard. Help. There's no one to talk to and no one understands.

I'm so sorry to hear of how lost you are feeling. I really hope things pick up for you soon, maybe just take it one step at a time. anyway you will find all kinds of support here to help you through it. I wish you well and give you any support you might need

Trying to break things down into small steps but makes it feel worse. Keep being sick. Feel wired. Nobody can help nobody is trustworthy. Honest think it would be better if I just wasn't here.

Do you have a therapist or a pdoc that can point you in the right direction to get some new tools to help you cope?

No appointment to see anyone till end of next week. Don't want to trouble anyone. They will lose patience with me. I don't mean to wind up like this. Nothing helps. So scared

Really don't feel I've got to give what work will expect of me. The last few years have been so up and down. Can't get a handle on it.

Maybe you should go chat to your gp then and tell them how you feel, your feelings are no trouble to anyone and if they lose patience with you it's not your fault it is their problem. you have every right to feel how you feel and we all get overwhelmed and it's nothing you ever have to be sorry for

I won't get an appt til end of next week at earliest and my GP Is on leave. Scared to see psychiatrist again as always makes things worse. These episodes are getting to frequent And mucH harder. Don't want to live like this.

Might take nocte meds early. That's if I don't throw them back up. This is not life it's torture.

I know this is really cliche, but reminding myself to take things one day at a time (or one hour or minute at a time) helps me sometimes.

I also have tough days too coping with everyday stresses and work ect... Just hang in there
